If you are a larger group, and would like to rent self contained unit 2 (x2 bed, 1 bath) and unit 1 (x1 bed, 1 bath) together, please contact us for a special rate. You are opposite one of the best coffee houses in town. Bakehouse on Eyre have you covered for morning coffee, breakfast and lunch. And the best pizza in town is on the other side at Tony's (we may even throw in a couple of vouchers for these places for you to enjoy :) Please note: 1. The furnishings have been updated since these photographs were taken. Rest assured they are of a similar quality and style. The new dining table seats 8. 2. The grassy garden area surrounding the apartment is common ground. 3. A few times a year (e.g. New Year), street parking can become an issue. Our fully fenced yard is big enough to park cars for guests staying. You also have access to the cage to lock your car in. 4. There is a set of stairs from the top unit down to the garden. The hand rail does not have any cladding. This may be dangerous for small children. Please let us know if you require a baby gate and we will book it for you if available. I can provide a travel cot and a toddler chair. 5. There is no double glazing, so please expect some noise from the surroundings on weekends 6. To protect our original timber floors, we ask all our guests to take off their shoes and place them on the show rack just inside the property. As your host, I am here to ensure your stay is just right. I offer a concierge service for guests who would like to arrive to freshly baked bread, a stocked fridge, transport, access to sailing boats, dream dinners and hampers. I have partnerships with ladies clothing hire companies and florists, so anything you need to make your stay extra special, please just ask. From a local's perspective, this really is a fantastic location. You are just a moment from the beach where you can walk, swim, kayak, sail, shop, eat, drink and be merry. Being just two blocks back, you are far enough away from the 'busy' traffic and noise that accompanies life on The Strand. The position of this corner block residences couldn't be better… You can smell the fresh coffee and other delights from the bakehouse on Eyre. Tony's Pizza is fresh and ready for your Friday night and the convenient position puts you in walking distance to everything! As mentioned above, there is plenty of off street parking. During busy seasons, you are welcome to park your car in the yard with a locked fence. Sublime Experiences partners with a number of uber and shebah drivers in town and can arrange share ride services for you. This is a sublime property. We host discerning guests who love staying in the best properties Townsville has on offer. With this offering, comes an expectation that our guests will look after our homes so that they are always beautifully presented for our guests. There is private secure parking for Unit 3.
