This self-contained apartment provides luxuries of home, all linen and bath towels are supplied, just bring some food and beverages, lay back, relax and enjoy. The complex offers a sauna, gym and secure parking. Guests are right next door to BCC cinema, a fabulous thai restaurant, sushi, pizza and a hairdresser. Our unit is owned privately and is bespoke. Our hosting is top notch supported by a Townsville local who is available throughout your stay. We do charge a cleaning fee which pays for the quality clean, bespoke linen, maintenance and hosting. We have priced this competitively so that your total stay is competitive with the full rate of the serviced apartment (who also advertise on Airbnb) You have full access to the facilities but not the concierge as this is our job. Please note the keys are situated a few blocks from the unit at the moment. We are working on placing a lock box opposite the complex but this is not in situ right now. You will have a spare set of keys inside the unit for extra guests for your convenience.
